A Little Bit Crazy....

Hi All,
I am embrassed about not keeping this updated as I had planned. We have been busy doing the usual, running here and there...our camera was acting funny for a while, I guess it was the computer who knows I think they both have a mind of their own. Anyhow, I am hoping to redeem myself by letting you know what we have been up to.
We went to Chicago for a weekend in May. We had a great time, seeing all the crazy lifestyle people live up there. That city never sleeps....Sam, Adam & I all stayed up until about 2 in the morning watching people come and go from our hotel. We stayed on the 15th floor, and had an amazing view of the city. Sam was excited because there was a crane right next to our building...building a new sky scraper.
The kids are enjoying summer as it is in full swing now. Sophie, Sam & Charly are enrolled in swimming lessons. Cy has been attending football practice on a daily basis. The weather has been hot and humid. They all enjoy being outside riding their bikes, playing with the neighboorhood kids, and going to the outdoor pool at the YMCA.
As for Adam and I we are enjoying the weather. We have had some pretty cool thunder & lightening storms. We have had a few tornado watches also. Sophie and Sam were greeted with an extra hour of school on the last day as there was a tornado in the area.
I hope all is well with all of our family and friends throughout the country and hope to hear from all of you soon!

I am glad you posted! Andy said he can totally see Sam being excited about the construction site and all the big equipment. I can't believe there was a tornado on the last day of school. We had one here - freaked me out...but not as bad as last night. I was at the grocery store waiting for Andy to come pick me up, and a thunder storm rolled in, and there was a power outage in the store - pitch black. Freaked me out, I am not used to this kind of thing.
